Return and Refund Policy
We at NeymaOnline strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return, refund, or replacement policy subject to the following conditions:
Return/Refund/Replace Request Period:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe that the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at care@pampa.co.in or call us at +91 7304311764 within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in the same packaging as received. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
If your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original packaging and covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
Refund/Replacement:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Replacements will be sent out as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
Non-eligible Items:
